It's Awesome!!
I cut up tomatoes for my salsa by hand and was having a heck of a time keeping my knives sharp enough. But this knife is incredible! It has remained sharp over a year. this is the best knife I have ever purchased.
It works for everything, tomatoes, cheese, onions..
I absolutely love it!

We purchased one for home and then two more as gifts. I love this knife. Perfect for both soft and hard cheese.

Glad our rep wouldn't take "no" for an answer!
I've been a Cutco owner since about 1998. Even when my then-roommate used my Chef's knife as a hatchet for the Christmas tree, Cutco was amazing (with their 50% abuse/misue policy), and sold me a replacement asap!
When we were looking to fill in our set, there were pieces we just couldn't see ourselves using. When we tried to nix this cheese knife, our rep, Beda, just held firm and said we would not regret adding it to our (new, larger) block. Well, he was right!!! It's a great knife for cucumbers, veggies and fruit that have the tendency to stick to a knife. They just cut like warm butter and fall away on the cutting board ready to serve.
My advice, "BUY THIS KNIFE!"

Best Knife for Cutting Potatoes!
I just made this my first Cutco purchase. I bought this to cut potatoes and it really does the trick. No sticking to the knife blade. Amazing!

Almost too sharp
I must admit I often cut myself using this knife because it is so sharp. But I love this knife so much I bought two. I use one at home and the other in my RV. It is great not only for cheese but also the BEST knife for cutting tomatoes.

Best Knife I have ever owned!
While I never splurge on good cutlery as someone is always handing me down some old pieces and I have plenty, a cheese knife was something I had never owned, nor did I think I would ever need one! How wrong I was! When a friend of my son sold Cutco knives last summer, I thought I really "had" to purchase something. Since we absolutely love cheese, this was a no-brainer. Wow! We love this and haven't even tried it on tomatoes yet! I originally ordered the less expensive handle but didn't like the feel of it - the traditional is so much nicer and more comfortable - well worth the extra cost! I'm sold!

Traditional Cheese Knife
Since I purchased this knife several years ago, my sons have raved about it. This year we bought (another) one as a gift for a special friend. A big hit there as well.

Well Worth the Cost
Bought the cheese knife at annual RV show in Richmond, VA. Others stopped and spoke highly about THEIR CUTCO knives.
This knife will replace the junky "cheese knife" I had been trying to use. And, yes, it doesn't a great job cutting other things, too!
My wife grew up near the CUTCO factory, and the whole family has used CUTCO products for years!

My husband's favorite knife!
I purchased this knife for my husband for Christmas. It has become his favorite! We tried several other high-end cheese knives and Cutco's is by far the best one out there! My husband and I both love the comfort of the handle and the sharpness of the knife. Preparing party platters of cheese is no longer the horrible chore it used to be. Cutco's traditional cheese knife slices through each cheese with ease. If you are looking for a quality knife with great value, I would highly recommend this knife.

Traditional Cheese Knife
I have always struggled cutting cheese with inferior knives. I was so happy when CUTCO came out with the cheese knife. I have had my basic CUTCO knives for over 30 years now. My daughter grew up using my CUTCO knives and she has now purchased her own knives to use at her home. You probably would call us a CUTCO family as my brother, my sister and my parents also own CUTCO knives. In fact, when my parents were visiting at Christmas time 2009 they liked the Traditional Cheese Knife so much they bought one from Andy Sharon, my Cutco rep.

CHEESE KNIFE
My husband and i went to the home show here in town and there was a Cutco distribuitor there. I purchased a few more steak knives AND the cheese knife. The gal who sold me the knife told me it was her favorite and she doesn't even use it for cheese. She was so right! I use mine for cutting vegetables. It cuts them so thin. The cheese knife is my favorite knife of all!

Cheese Knife
I was quite surprised at how great this product slices cheese, without the cheese sticking to the knife! I really was skeptical about it when I ordered it. Now I have tossed out 2 old cheese slicers and love the new Cutco product. Amazing! It works!!

What a knife
It was such a pleasure to discover Cutco knives. I had to buy a cheese knife for my mom in addition to the selection I purchased for myself. I had no idea there were such high quality knives. And what a thrill to find that they are made in the USA! I will never buy another brand again.

Not just for Cheese!
I use this knife a lot and not just for cheese. I used it for slicing many vegetables (potatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes). It keeps the slices from sticking to the knife or each other. I am also able to make VERY THIN slices with this knife....even tomatoes! This was a VERY good investment. A GREAT knife!

Ultimate Cheese Knife
It you love your cheese, you'll really love this knife. Cutco got this one right. We've had both handle styles, and the knife is truly amazaing. Nothing I have ever used comes close to this.

Favorite Knife Ever!
I LOVE this knife. Although I have owned Cutco knives for about 4 years, I just purchased this knife last October and it has quickly become my favorite! It slices potatoes super thin, like nothing else can! It works great on tomatoes and all fruits and veggies...and they don't stick to the blade! You have to get one of these!

My new favorite knife!
I love this knife. A friend talked me into getting one at a show and I use it more than any other knife now. It's a great size, nothing sticks to it so it's great for cutting veggies and fruit. It's the best.
