For the big jobs, like splitting ribs and cutting through frozen foods, there's no other choice. Straight-edge blade is powerful and precise. Turn it over to pound out chicken breasts. Comes with protective leather sheath. Knife has a 6-7/8" straight-edge blade and measures 12-1/4" overall.

Quality Product

Cleaver was purchased for my husband, as he loves to grill and needed a good cleaver for meat preparation. The sharpness and weight of the clever is perfect. So far, we are very happy with our clever.

Best Cleaver

This is a true meat cleaver, it will do everything as advertised. I did not believe it at first, but it will go through frozen meat without dulling (but I think if I used it only for frozen, it would eventually dull). But that is why it has a stay sharp forever guarantee.
Worth the money.

Perfect Cleaver

I have been searching for a good cleaver with a comfortable handle, and been tired to try a bunch, but now I finally found Cutco Cleaver. One other feature that I love so much is the sharpness of the blade. It suprises me since basically it can even do chopping comfortably even it's not designed for this purpose. The stability of the handle is tottaly geniusly designed.

The Big Guy

My husband is a BBQ king and this cleaver is perfect for ribs. It's also strong and sturdy enough to to the butchering of the chicken that I feed my dogs. Chops through a turkey neck with 2 good whacks!
