Santoku Slicer Knife
Works great for slicing thin slices of tomatoes plus it makes it easy to slice loaves of bread thinly.

I have several CUTCO knives and each is wonderful, but if I could only own one, it would be the Petite Slicer!

Love it. My husband recently started baking bread, and complained that he wanted a better bread knife. This one is perfect. And, it matches all our other Cutco knives.

Perfect Balance
I compared the petite carver to the regular and decided to go with the petite for my personal needs and I'm glad I did. This little monster does the job of any high quality carver. Over the years, I've had many high end brands and found the Cutco petite to be my favorite knife to reach for in most kitchen needs.
Outstanding value in this knife.
