Santoku Slicer Knife
Works great for slicing thin slices of tomatoes plus it makes it easy to slice loaves of bread thinly.

My Favorite Knife
I have several CUTCO knives and each is wonderful, but if I could only own one, it would be the Petite Slicer!

9-3/4" Slicer
Love it. My husband recently started baking bread, and complained that he wanted a better bread knife. This one is perfect. And, it matches all our other Cutco knives.

Perfect Balance
I compared the petite carver to the regular and decided to go with the petite for my personal needs and I'm glad I did. This little monster does the job of any high quality carver. Over the years, I've had many high end brands and found the Cutco petite to be my favorite knife to reach for in most kitchen needs.
Outstanding value in this knife.

OUCH!
Twice I cut my finger when trying to cut bread, and bagel! I was clumsy even my son cut his thumb when he tried to cut his bagel. We are going to need a nice silicone mat to hold the bread when using Cutco knife! Love it, cut really perfect!

Slicers
I purchased my first slicer 8 years ago. Recently my son was visiting and used the knife. He was amazed at the sharpness. I decided to purchase the same knife for him. Eight years later, the price was the same as I had paid earlier!! I know he will enjoy the knife as I still do regularly.

Best Knife I have!
OMG - Best Knife I have! Can cut hot brownies and bread without any issues! Highly recommended if you like eating hot bread or brownies without messing up the rest... Plus, it is made in the USA! Doesn't get any better than that! The sales person was very knowledgable and didn't push us! Great Job!
Thanks!

I have owned this knife since 1964, it has only been sharpened once. I love it. It travels with me on vacations, (there is never a sharp knife in a condo) and I use it constantly. I have a full set of Cutco knives and use them all, but this one and the long non-serated slicer are my favorites.

I have the 9 3/4" Slicer and it's excellent. You can cut angel food cake into paper thin slices and what a GREAT job it does on hot bread without crushing it!!

CUTCO Bread Knife (9 inch)
This knife is fantastic. You truly can cut through a loaf of bread without squishing it or it tearing all apart. It cuts smooth as butter. I also use this knife to cut cheese for parties. It is so easy to get through and will not harm the knife. Absolutely love it. When I bought my two knives (all I could afford at the time) I thought they were ridiculously over -priced and bought them just to help a friend but now that I own the knives I have come to realize that they are terrific knives, the best I have ever owned and that it is true, you get what you pay for. I plan to buy more knives but I must tell you...once you own these knives you will constanly be telling people....be careful when you go in that drawer....see the knife with the white handle....that will cut your fingers off. So, buy the block.

Fabulous Purchase
I have owned Cutco for 26 years and just remembered about your fabulous guarantee. I sent knives back to be sharpened and to my surprise, they were ot sharpened but replaced. What a guarantee and what a company. I truly recommend Cutco to all my friends.

No better than Cutco
Just wanted to let everyone know..... I purchased Cutco knives when I was getting married in 1964. that is when the salesman came to your house and demonstrated all the products and you made payments every month for your entire order. It has been many, many years and I still cannot find any knife that even comes close to the Cutco products.

Best Knives in the world
I love my Cutco. I would not use anything but Cutco. My dad sold Cutco in the 60's. My mother's set is about 48 years old and mine are 39 years old.
I use my slicer for thinning my chicken breast and making Sicilian steak. I hope to buy my daughter a set when she gets married. She is pastry chef and will make very good use of the knives.

best for bread
bread doesn't stand achance with this blade. We use the bread machine a good bit and this knife slides through the loaf- it's so much fun to use such nice instrument. Cutco is high, but you get ehat you pay for, and it's American made- what is still made in America?

I have enjoyed using the new bread slicer, it doesn't crush the bread, even if it is hot.
