Best ever
This is my favorite knife of all time... I buy them in lots of threes... I give them to my true loyal friends who would really appreciate them and take care of them... I call them the Cadillac of knives made right here in New York State... My one friend just told me Monday that she will not let any one touch them and keeps them in a special cupboard...

I love this knife
I thought I loved the original trimmer. Once I started using the Santoku-style trimmer, I haven't even looked at the original. This is the best knife I have ever used. It slices tomatoes beautifully to any desired thicknes. It is great for mincing and chopping too. I'm in love!

THis is one of my favorite knives. I purchased this recent one for my neice. She just moved into her first homeand hopefully I know that she iwll love it as much as I do.

Trimmers are the best!
I love Cutco Trimmers! I own 2 of them so that I always have one on hand, even if I have to send one in for sharpening (which I've only done twice in the past 38 years). I use the Trimmer for most of my slicing and chopping and recommend it highly to everyone!
