Slotted turner to you, spatula to me
I had an old spatula like this since I was married 24 years ago. It was a cheapy, but it was thin and flexible, and actually useful in iron skillets. I ordered the whole tool set just to get this thing, and I am very glad I did. This spatula makes cooking with cast iron an absolute breeze. It is thin and flexible, and gets under whatever you are cooking easily. You can look anywhere and you will not find a better spatula for cast iron or stainless browning/cooking. I am ordering another one.
