Guacamole Perfected!
I received my first Cutco knife 27 years ago as a wedding gift. We have had it sharpened by Cutco only once! In 2001 I ordered a whole set and received the best utensil I have ever owned - the Mix-Stir. I grew up in California and made guacamole often, using forks, morter & pestal, blenders, food processors, etc. - but the mix-stir is the best! I gave four as presents this last holiday season with avocados, mixes, towels, bowls, etc. in baskets to all my family. They love it, too!
