Cheese Knife

Big rewards with little effort. This customer favorite cleanly cuts your favorite cheese - from sharp New York cheddar to a creamy imported Gouda - with our unique Micro-D edge, a compact version of our Double-D recessed edge. Perforations prevent cheese from sticking to the blade and curved tip spreads softer cheese. Cheese Knife has a 4-1/2" blade and measures 10-1/4" overall. Made in America

Good knife but very pricey
We are enjoying using this knife very much and I really have no complaints. But it's very expensive. Either I don't know its unique features or it's just too pricey for what it does.
Still, I like it and we use it all the time.

One of your best products, in our estimation, is the cheese knife.
I don't know how we ever cut cheese before.
We have purchased the cheese knife for many gifts and all
have raved about how wonderful the cheese knife works.

Good value.
This knife works surprisingly well. It will slice through cheese many times while providing even slices every time. Cutco knives are well worth the price and Cutco stands strongly behind their products.

Cutco and Leanne
I would just like to say, not only is the quality of the knives excellent, but Leanne is the true difference maker! Her personal touch and her attention to detail and integrity is what makes my Cutco experience so great!

My favorite knife
I have several Cutco knives. The cheese knife is my favorite. I have never had a knife that cuts cheese as well as this does. I use it almost every day. Also, I gave one as a gift to a friend and she told me she thinks pleasant thoughts of me every day when she uses her cheese knife.

BEST cheese cutter ANYWHERE!
This is honestly the best cheese cutter anywhere! I have owned a few including those el-cheepo's but also a comparable from Tupperware. Cutco beats that one too - I've tested side by side! The blade is the best quality around and the handle the best ergonomically for hands that are older as well as those youngin's! GREAT on even the softest cheese and cleans up so easily!

Best Cheese slicer
I've had the wire cheese cutters and they eventually break. The wire actually gives out. I am really pleased with how easy cheese slices with this knife. You can also slice the cheese very thin. It slices a variety of both hard and soft cheeses easily.

IT'S NOT JUST FOR CHEESE.......
I'M A BIT OLD FASHIONED, BUT I ACTUALLY COOK ALMOST EVERYTHING MY HUSBAND AND I EAT.
EVEN WITH A FULL TIME JOB, IT'S IMPORTANT TO EAT HEALTHY. THAT'S WHERE CUTCO COMES TO THE RESCUE.
I USE A GOOD AMOUNT OF VEGETABLES IN OUR MEALS AND HAVE FOUND THAT WHEN MY VEGATABLE KNIFE WAS IN THE DISHWASHER, I USED THE CHEEESE KNIFE.
BECAUSE OF IT'S TINY SERATED EDGE IT'S FABULOUS CUTTING ONIONS AND SUCH THAT TEND TO BE SLIPPERY THE EDGE TENDS TO GRAB THE ONION AND HOLD ONTO IT WHILE IM SLICING AND DICING.
I'M A DIE HARD CUTCO FAN, AND ONLY WISH I HAD KNOWN ABOUT THEM WHEN I WAS YOUNGER!

Cheese Knife
We have thoroughly enjoyed our cheese knife and even took one as a hostess gift when visiiting our friends in Switzerland . They loved it! It also works well with soft bread and cake. We have had our Cutco knives for 43 years and have never regretted the $70 they cost us before we got married in 1965!

My favorite knife
If I had to give all my knives away but 1, I wouldn't hesitate. It would be the Cutco Cheese Knife! I have given it to all my daughters and special brides. It cuts anything perfectly, never gets dull, never slips in my hands even if they are wet. Cheese cuts without hesitation, since the smooth top is designed for your other hand to gently press down while cutting. Then there's cutting ripe tomatoes, strawberries, chicken .. each slice is perfection!! The holes allow for air to keep the slice proceeding smoothly. Once you use this treasure, you can't live without it.

Wish I could buy everything else just once!
I bought the Homemakers sets with trays back in 1974 from a door-to-door salesman when I was 19, single and living alone. I bought china, stoneware and pots and pans at the same time. At the time my mom thought I was out of my mind to spend my money like that then. Years later when I got married and really started using them, she thought it was the best thing I ever spent money on. Over the years I’ve added to the set and then in 2007 my husband gave me every knife I didn’t have to complete the set. I’ve had to send a few back to be sharpened over the years and twice they just sent new ones. HOWEVER, my favorite knife is the cheese knife with the easy grip handle, I have three!

Great Cheese Knife
This knife is great for cutting thin slices of cheese. I love the rubbery handle to prevent slipping. The only thing not at a five is the price but that is because I'm on a budget and not used to paying so high for a single knife.

Excellent Knife. Only 2 things that keep me from 100% satisfaction.
First, the holes, which improve the knife for cheese cutting dramatically, shred little bits of cheese because the leading edges at the back of the holes are squared off thus presenting a sharp edge as the cheese passes by.
Second, the knife is quite expensive @ $49. Even in the Entertainer Pak it is expensive @$144.
I have owned the Trimmer for many years as a gift from a friend, and am very happy with it. However, I can't justify the cost for buying other knives.

Multi-purpose
Great with hard and soft cheeses but also for thinly slicing cucumbers or potatoes and they don't stick to the knife
