I have the large Poly Board and purchased this smaller one as a gift. When making a quality investment in a set of knives such as Cutco, it is recommended to use a poly board to protect and extend the life of your knives. The boards tend to retain certain stains but a little bleach is helpful. I will continue to purchase Cutco for personal use as well as special gifts.

This cutting board is just the right size for the small jobs in any kitchen. I just need a couple more - this one is always dirty. Quick & Easy to clean in dishwasher!! Wonderful accent with these knives.

Great Cutting Boards
If you are a clean freak in the kitchen like I am - worked in Food Service for years - then you'll love these great cutting boards. Both the small and large one are well worth the price and the lifetime guarantee is the best in the industry!!

cutting board
I actually purchased the larger cutting board. Cost was a total of approx. $32.00. The 2nd time I used the board I was cutting carrots (nothing out of the ordinary!) it badly stained the board which was washed by hand with hot water right away! This was very dissapointing. And I would appreciate a full refund of my money and will NOT be ordering the knief set as I was going to.
